Returns and Exchange Policy
- We will satisfy any customer concerns accompanied by a store receipt.
- We will accept returns for unworn merchandise in the original box/packaging and with the original tags.
- Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase date.
- Pointe shoes cannot be returned if ribbons, elastic, or any alterations have been made to the shoe.
- Dance belts can not be returned/exchanged.
- Clearance items and special orders are a final sale.
- We do not give refunds on gift certificates or on partial purchases using a gift certificate.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- If you need to make a website return, please email admin@ellmansdancewear.com for a return authorization number, securely package your return including the RA number and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
